As per registered Scheme (Constitution) of the Trust President of India is the Patron-in-Chief. Governor of Maharashtra is the Patron and three Service Chiefs are the Vice Patrons. GOC-in-C, Southern Command, FOC-in-C Western Command, AOC-in-C South Western Air Command & Maintenance Command are the Co-vice Patrons. Governing Body comprises 49 members, serving and ex defense personnel, civil servants and eminent civilians. Out of these eight members are elected as trustees.

In addition, there are 17 ex-officio trustees who are serving defense personnel. Commander Pune Sub Area is the Chairman. Details of Trustees are appended below. The day to day affairs are conducted by CEO, Dean/ Dy CEO who are retired defense service personnel.
