Application form duly recommended by CO/OC unit are required to be routed through respective Record Offices (or equivalent) and Adjutant General’s Branch (CW-5) to HQ DGR. Final detailment is done by HQ DGR. CO/OC unit are required to endorse on the application form whether the training fees will be borne by the individual or the unit.

Considering the involvement of three HQs in the processing, it should be initiated by 01 Apr so that admission form duly sanctioned by DGR reaches QMTI by 01 Jul.
