The Institute is a Charitable Educational Trust duly registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act of 1950 (E-102). Trust constitutes a panel of 49 members as on date who are serving/ retired defence service personal and eminent civilians. Commander Pune Sub Area is the Chairman of the Trust.
